ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਰਗ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਇਕ ਮਦਰੱਸੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਰਾਤ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੇ ਪੰਨੇ ਪਾੜ ਕੇ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ’ਚ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੁੱਸੇ ’ਚ ਆਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਰਗ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ’ਚ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਫਰਜਾਨਾ ਆਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਆਲਮ ਦੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਰੋਡ ਸਥਿਤ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਥੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਇਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜਿਪਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੋਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੰਨਤੋੜ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੱਸ ਅੱਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੀ ਬੱਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਭੜਕੀ ਭੀੜ ਨੇ ਆਲਮ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦਸਤਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਏ ਕਮਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਥੇ ਪਿਆ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਸੜ ਗਿਆ। ਆਲਮ ਹਾਊਸ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
ਦਿਨ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਅੱਜ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ (ਲਾਅ ਐਂਡ ਆਰਡਰ) ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ, ਆਈਜੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪਰਮਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਮਰਾਨੰਗਲ, ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਬਲਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਥਿੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਥਿੰਦ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਅ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲਾਬੂਲਾ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ, ਨਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸੰਪਰਦਾਇ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਚੰਦ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਾਲਾਇਕੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਦਿਨ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਅੱਜ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ (ਲਾਅ ਐਂਡ ਆਰਡਰ) ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ, ਆਈਜੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪਰਮਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਮਰਾਨੰਗਲ, ਡੀਆਈਜੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਬਲਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਥਿੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਥਿੰਦ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ (ਅ) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲਾਬੂਲਾ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ, ਨਾਮਧਾਰੀ ਸੰਪਰਦਾਇ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਚੰਦ ਕੌਰ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਾਲਾਇਕੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਫਾਇਰਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਮੇਰੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ’ਤੇ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤਹਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਮਲਾ: ਇਜ਼ਹਾਰ ਆਲਮ
ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਫਰਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਇਹਜਾਰ ਆਲਮ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦਸਤਖਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਸੋਚੀ ਸਮਝੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਮਲੇ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ’ਚ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਫਰਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਇਹਜਾਰ ਆਲਮ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਦਸਤਖਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਸੋਚੀ ਸਮਝੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਮਲੇ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ’ਚ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ
ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਲਾਅ ਐਂਡ ਆਰਡਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਇਥੇ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਰਮਜ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਫਰਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਆਲਮ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਉਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਅ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਲਾਅ ਐਂਡ ਆਰਡਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿੱਲੋਂ ਨੇ ਇਥੇ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਰਮਜ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਫਰਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਆਲਮ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਉਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਅ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦੀ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਨੁਕਤਾਚੀਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਅਮਨ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਘਟਨਾ ’ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਹਿਣਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ, ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੈਰ-ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾਂ (ਪੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਕ): ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ‘ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਪਟਨ’ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਿਬਲ ਕਲਾਂ ਗੋਲੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਆਖੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਪਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਲੇਕਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਸੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਿਨੌਣੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਅੱਗ ਭੜਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਸਾਫ਼ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਦੁਹਰਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫ਼ਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਗੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਮਹਾਪੁਰਸ਼ ਭੇਤਭਰੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮਾਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਰੀਫ਼ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਵੱਈਏ ਦੀ ਤਿੱਖੀ ਨੁਕਤਾਚੀਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਅਮਨ-ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਘਟਨਾ ’ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਹਿਣਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ, ਏਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੈਰ-ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਤੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਾਲੇਕਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਸੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਿਨੌਣੀ ਹਰਕਤ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡਣ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਅੱਗ ਭੜਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਸਾਫ਼ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਦੁਹਰਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬਦਕਿਸਮਤੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫ਼ਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਗੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਾਨ ਵਰਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਮਹਾਪੁਰਸ਼ ਭੇਤਭਰੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

Booked for staging dharna, five teachers get notices

INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE
The de-addiction centre at Talwandi Sabo government hospital has been shut for more than a year due to the absence of a psychiatrist. Patients are conspicuous by their absence too at the new rehabilitation centre in Bathinda while the de-addiction centre now being run by Baba Farid University is yet to achieve its full make capacity of 50 beds. Only 25 beds are there and even these remain vacant.
There has been an increase in the consumption of synthetic drugs and liquor in Punjab. There has been a rise in the number of alcohol addicts too.
Just a year old, the drug de-addiction centre, which is under the supervision of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, had started functioning from a newly constructed building opposite the government-run Women and Children Hospital that is located on the premises of Civil Hospital, Bathinda. The patients who come for treatment to the civil hospital are treated here after paying a minimum charge of Rs 250 per day. This centre has 50 beds. However, half the beds are yet to be installed.
Doctors at this de-addiction centre informed that about 35 patients reach here daily for de-addiction in government hospital of which 1/3 are hooked to alcohol and 2/3 are to opiod including poppy husk, opium, smack and heroin.
There has been an increase in the number of addicts of synthetic drugs, especially heroin among the youngsters. The year 2014 witnessed an astonishing figure of around 1,050 patients of alcohol who underwent treatment at the Civil Hospital in Bathinda whereas In 2013, the number of alcoholics was about 153. In 2012, there were 176 patients and in 2011, the number went up to 177 at the Civil Hospital, Bathinda.
Talwandi Sabo centre closed
A ‘dream project’ of the Punjab Government to rehabilitate drug addicts in Talwandi Sabo, where the temporal seat of the Sikhs, Takht Damdama Sahib is located, the de-addiction centre here was set up in April 2010. It was a first of its kind state-level de-addiction centre built at a cost of Rs 2 crore. The Punjab CM inaugurated this 20-bed centre in a magnificent building with much fanfare. A psychiatrist, two medical officers, three staff nurses, four security guards and three ward boys were appointed for the care of indoor and outdoor patients. But the centre now lacks staff nurses and funds to give food, medicines and care to the patients. The centre remains closed after Dr Sunil Gupta, a psychiatrist, left the job.
Mandeep Singh, a local resident, said, “The new buildings of de-addiction centres there only mean that the sand mafia being controlled by the government finds it to be an easy way to earn money. There is no reason why the government is closing its earlier de-addiction centre and opening new ones. The psychiatrists too are leaving the job. Earlier, Dr Indiver Kalra, a psychiatrist, left the job after he was transferred to Ropar. Sometime later, Dr Nidhi Gupta also resigned, followe by psychiatrist Satish Thapar.
“There is a need to promote moral education and culture among the youth, besides generation of employment by the government to prevent them from getting inclined towards drugs,” said Mandeep Singh.
IMA to hold parties without liquor
The Bathinda unit of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has decided to hold its parties related to doctors or the IMA without liquor. The IMA also urged the government that efforts should be made to reduce the consumption of liquor in state.
Dr GS Shekhawat, president, IMA, Bathinda, said, “Drug problem in Punjab is increasing and this cannot be doubted. Liquor should not be promoted, rather efforts should
be made to reduce its consumption. Earlier, Kerala was on top in the country as far as liquor consumption was concerned.
But it made efforts to decrease its consumption. We decided that the IMA Bathinda would hold parties, if any, related to doctors, would liquor.”
Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda, Basant Garg, said, “The government can only provide facilities to its people and it is up to them to use them and bring addicts to the centre. The main motive of the de-addiction centre under the Red Cross Society is to provide OPD services and it is doing well.”
Red Cross De-addiction centre
The Red Cross De-addiction Centre was set up in February 1992, on Goniana road, and was a joint project of the Red Cross Society and the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, that ran it successfully for some time. It was being run with 90 per cent funds by the Government of India and 10 per cent by the Red Cross, Bathinda. The officials had attempted to rejuvenate it. However, not much could be done. A retired doctor is rendering part-time service (two hours a day) at a salary of Rs 5,000 per month. A peon, sweeper, ward boy, project director and staff nurses are also on the job. No financial grants have been given to this centre. However, in 2013-14, it received a grant of Rs 4.40 lakhs to spend on the salaries of employees and medicines for the patients. Being run over one acre of land, this centre had lost more than 70 per cent of its land to the Regional Commonwealth Society that would run a private Industrial Training Institute (ITI) here. The de-addiction centre lost eight of its rooms to RC society as the administration had given this land on lease.RECRUITMENT SCAM
He was here to participate in “Halke Vich Captain” programme. He said SAD leaders were collecting Rs 15 to 50 lakh per candidate from unemployed youths to provide them jobs which was a cruel joke as they were already under debt.
He said they would set up a commission to inquire all these irregularities if voted to power, adding that although the name of Akali Dal leader Dayal Singh Kolianwali had surfaced in the recruitment scam, the state government was trying to save him to save other top leaders of the party whose name can also figure.
He said there were about 90 lakh unemployed youths seeking jobs in the state, but the state government had failed to do anything in this regard.
He said their government will ensure one job per family to end unemployment in the state. He said he was in favour of inquiry of all cases related to 1984 riots, including 44 cases in which the names of RSS leaders had surfaced. He, however, said the probe should be fair and the cases should be inquired without any favour to any person or party.
He said the rule of mafia in the state on the patronage of Akali Dal and BJP leaders would end in some days if the Congress voted to power.
Answering another question, the Captain said issues including that of cable, sand among others would be inquired if the Congress was voted to power and action would be taken as per the law. JALANDHAR: Various government teacher unions in the district condemned the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders Bhagwant Mann and Gurpreet Ghuggi on Saturday for their anti- teacher remarks, the video of which went viral on social networking siteB.Ed Adhyapak Front Union, Master Cadre Union, SC/ BC Adhyapak Union, SSA/RMSA teacher union and science teacher association burnt effigies of the two AAP leaders saying that they both have insulted the teachers.
The government teachers said that Mann has hurt the feelings of the teachers and sought apology from him.
The teachers are irked with Maan’s comment that his father, being a government school teacher, punished the students and then returned home.
Harbans Lal from master cadre union said, “His words were so harsh, he should have shown some respect at least for teachers.”
Teachers from B.Ed Adyapak Union said Mann had deliberately tried to tarnish the image of the teachers which was not acceptable.
One of the teachers said, “The matter has been seriously taken by the front and if any such derogatory remarks are made in the future by the leaders, we will protest on a bigger level.”
Mann and Ghuggi had however already clarified that the video that was circulated on social networking sites was part of propaganda of the opposition parties to tarnish their image.
Captain listens to people’s problems

Gurmeet Singh of Bassi Pathana said he had to travel miles everyday for his job because he lost his earlier job at Mandi Gobindgarh. “Over 5,000 semi-skilled and skilled labourers have lost their jobs due to closure of units. We will restore their jobs and bring new industry to Mandi Gobndgarh,” said Captain.
Congress MLAs Randeep Singh Nabha and Kuljit Nagra of of Amloh and Fatehgarh Sahib respectively were conspicuous by their absence.

ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਦਾ ਆਲਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਆਮ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਦਰ-ਦਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਠੋਕਰਾਂ ਖਾਣੀਆਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ’ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਮੇਬਾਜ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ (ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ) ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਗਿਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੁਰਮ ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾਂ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਗੇਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਵਾਲਮੀਕੀ, ਹਰਨੇਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਵਾਨਾ, ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਾਂਬਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ’ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਮੇਬਾਜ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ (ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ) ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਗਿਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੁਰਮ ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾਂ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਗੇਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਵਾਲਮੀਕੀ, ਹਰਨੇਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਵਾਨਾ, ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਾਂਬਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ‘ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਪਟਨ’ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਰ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਆਟਾ-ਦਾਲ ਸਕੀਮ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਦਿਆਂ ਨੀਲੇ ਕਾਰਡਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਹ-ਪੱਤੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇੱਥੇ ਗਿੱਲ ਪੈਲੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਵੇਂ ਇਕੱਠ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ’ਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਸੌ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਵੱਧ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।
ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਸਫਲਤਾ ਦਾ ਆਲਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਆਮ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਦਰ-ਦਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਠੋਕਰਾਂ ਖਾਣੀਆਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਖ਼ੁਦ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਆਏ ਹਨ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ’ਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਖੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ, ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਮੇਬਾਜ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ (ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ) ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਗਿਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਜੁਰਮ ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾਂ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਗੂ ਗੇਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਵਾਲਮੀਕੀ, ਹਰਨੇਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਵਾਨਾ, ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਾਂਬਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
‘ਚਿੱਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੈਕ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਚੰਗੀ’
ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਵਿਕਦੀ ਸੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੈਕ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਿੰਥੈਟਿਕ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦੇਣ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੈਕ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਤਾਕੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਸਵਾਲ ’ਤੇ ਉਦਾਹਰਣ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੰਥੈਟਿਕ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ’ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਲੜਾਈ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੌਦਾਗਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਮੇਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਵਿਕਦੀ ਸੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੈਕ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਿੰਥੈਟਿਕ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦੇਣ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚਿੱਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੈਕ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਤਾਕੀਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਪਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਸਵਾਲ ’ਤੇ ਉਦਾਹਰਣ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੰਥੈਟਿਕ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਪਾਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ’ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਲੜਾਈ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ’ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੌਦਾਗਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
