Fault lines line up for Punjab AAP

The turmoil in AAP after Sucha Singh Chhotepur's removal as state convener has made Pargat Singh, suspended Akali MLA from Jalandhar Cantt, wary. He was to join AAP in mid-September. “I have yet to make up my mind.  I am exploring all options,” the MLA told The Tribune. 

Chhotepur’s removal from his post, his attack on the Delhi coterie and the resultant calls for “Punjabiyat” have thrown the party into disarray.

A member of AAP’s Political Review Committee, Dr Manjit Singh Randhawa, has already got registered a party under the name of AAP-Punjab. “AAP functions on the dictates of one man, Arvind Kejriwal. Set up months ago, the review committee has not met once,” he said.

Rahul Shukla, AAP observer, who was in Amritsar, said  Chhotepur had been removed on the basis of substantial evidence even as Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann blamed AAP’s rivals for the turmoil in the party.

Meanwhile, the police averted a clash between rival AAP groups in Dinanagar. 

Chhotepur’s loyalists marched to the venue where AAP leaders  were holding a meeting. The police kept the two groups apart. In Dera Baba Nanak, policemen were deployed in strength to prevent trouble at an AAP meeting. —TNS

In Dinanagar, clash between rival AAP groups averted

The police today averted a clash at two places in the district between pro and anti-Kejriwal supporters.

In Dinanagar, Amandeep Singh Gill, a loyalist of former state AAP convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur and AAP district zonal incharge, led a march of 200 supporters to the venue where Kejriwal’s followers, including former minister Balbir Singh Baath, AAP Gurdaspur observer Ankush Narang and party candidate from Fatehgarh Churian Gurvinder Singh Shampura, were holding a meeting.

A potentially volatile situation was defused after SSP Jasdeep Singh sent a police team to ensure that both groups remained separated by nearly 100 meters. In Dera Baba Nanak, where a similar meeting was held today, the Batala Police provided a heavy security cover at the venue to avoid any untoward incident.

Gurvinder Shampura is scheduled to organise a rally to be addressed by Sangrur MP Bhagwant Mann at Kala Afghana village in Fatehgarh Churian on September 4. However, Deputy Commissioner Pardeep Sabharwal said permission would be given only after getting a report from the police over the ongoing situation. Batala SSP Daljinder Singh Dhillon said the police were awaiting more inputs before a final decision was taken.

Meanwhile, a groundswell of support is being witnessed in favour of Chhotepur in the district which forms a part of the Gurdaspur parliamentary seat. During the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Chhotepur managed to garner a massive 1.74 lakh votes. Earlier in the 2012 assembly elections, he contested from the Qadian seat, and bagged 17,000 votes.

Rival Sekhwan backs ‘honest’ Chhotepur

• The beleaguered AAP leader, Chhotepur, found support from his rival and former minister Sewa Singh Sekhwan, who said that "Chhotepur is indeed a man of unimpeachable character and honesty." Addressing a press conference, Sekhwan heaped praise on Chhotepur and added that "Kejriwal had stabbed him in the back by conspiring with some UP-based AAP leaders to finish off his political career." This development holds significance as both Sekhwan and Chhotepur were candidates from the Qadian Vidhan Sabha seat during the 2012 Assembly elections. While the former contested on a SAD ticket, Chhotepur fought as an Independent. Both are known to be bitter political rivals.

Badal misleading farmers, says Capt

Reiterating that the Congress government would waive farmers’ loans, Punjab Congress chief Capt Amarinder Singh today lashed out at CM Parkash Singh Badal for saying that no government could implement the waiver.

Capt Amarinder said that with the state pushed into a debt trap of over Rs 1.25 lakh crore, nobody expects Badal to waive loans.

“A government that cannot pay salaries and pensions is not expected to waive loans as it needs financial skills which Badal has already exhausted for amassing personal wealth,” he said, while promising that with better financial management, the state could afford complete loan waiver for farmers and he would do that as he had done that in the past also.

Amarinder reminded Badal that the NDA government at the Centre, of which his party is a part, has written off bad debts to the tune of Rs 114 lakh crore of corporate houses.

“If you can waive such a humongous amount, why can’t you do the same for farmers’ loans which amount to less than Rs 1 lakh crore,” he asked. “If industry can be provided stimulus, so can the farmers. We will do that,” he said.

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ ਝਾਅ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ‘ਭਾਜਪਾ’ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਝਾਅ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰੇਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਦੀ ਦੋ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਲਏ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਆਗੂ ਨੇ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੋਂ  ਵੱਡੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਆਗੂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਮਝਣ ਦਾ ਭਰਮ ਪਾਲੀ ਬੈਠੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਿਛਲੱਗ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਸੋਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲ ਸਕਦੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ 8 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਾਲ 2017 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਲੜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਵੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ 23 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਚੋਣ ਲੜੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਦੋ-ਚਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਦਲਾ-ਬਦਲੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਿਜੈ ਸਾਂਪਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਰਵੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਤਜਰਬੇਕਾਰ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਪਕਿਆਈ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਹਨ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਜੇ 90 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 84 ਮੰਡਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਾਂ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ’ਚ 23 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਹੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੂਥ ਸੰਮੇਲਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਟੇਜ ’ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸਾਂਪਲਾ ਵੱਲ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਨੰਬਰ ਇਕ ’ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੋ ’ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਉਣਗੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਵਾਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਜੰਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ੇੜੀ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਤਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਡਾਲਰਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਖੇਡ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਏਸੀ ਕਮਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦਾ ਭਰਮ ਪਾਲੀ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਿਤਾਬਚੇ ਨੂੰ ‘ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਭਗਵਦ ਗੀਤਾ’ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਸਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਕੌਮੀ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਤਰੁਣ ਚੁੱਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਗਲਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ  ਉਹ (ਕੈਪਟਨ)  ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਹਨ।  ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਸਿਰ 1.25 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਦੀ, ਉਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਧੀਆ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਆਪਰੇਟਿਵ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਲਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਕਾਲ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਗੱਲ ਸਿਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਸਕੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਾਏ ਦੋਸ਼ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਪਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇੱਕ ਕੌਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੌਮੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ।

ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਗ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਨੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂ ਕਿ ‘ਆਪ’ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਚਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਛੋਟੇਪੁਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਡਾ. ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਪੰਕਜ ਪੁਸ਼ਕਰ ਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਸੀਮ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਖ਼ਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ਤ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਮ-ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ    ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਿਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਧਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਯੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ, ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਤੇ ਸੁੱਚਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਛੋਟੇਪੁਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਡਾ. ਧਰਮਵੀਰ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੇ ਯੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਯਾਦਵ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਝੰਡਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਸੁੱਚਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਛੋਟੇਪੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਲਾਉਣ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੀ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਝੰਡਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਤਿਮਾਰਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪੰਕਜ ਪੁਸ਼ਕਰ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨੀਸ਼     ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹਨਨ ਦਾ ਮਤਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਦਨ ਨੂੰ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਅਸੀਮ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਖ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਲਡਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਸਾ ਮੰਗਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲੱਗੇ ਸਨ। ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ  ਬਣੇ ਹਨ।
ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2013 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ 28 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਵਿਨੋਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ (ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ ਨਗਰ) ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਕਈ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ‘ਆਪ’ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
