All negotiations with the Govt were open,known to and with the knowledge of all present at JM.

Equalisation every Two Years and Effective date of OROP as 01 July 2014 instead of 01 Apr 2014 were to be our Negotiating acceptable points in case the Govt accepted the whole package.Since the Govt did not accept the suggested package,we withdrew our Offer.

The same was told to the Govt both verbally and in writing that the Four Anomalies already brought out to the notice of Govt must be removed other wise it will kill the very soul of OROP.

So Brig Indermohan,are you not harming the interest of Def  Fraternity by telling all lies.

You are a senior offr and it is expected of  you to be a gentleman.

Dear Gen Satbir,

1.   There was only one demand when UFESM was formed. It was implementation of OROP as pre the definition.

At that stage no one knew the anomalies that would rise. May I know what was the package? Who knew govt would consider average and not maximum.

Who knew it would be calendar year 2013. Who knew reservists would be left out. Who knew pre 2006 pensioners will not be equated with post 2006 for issues such as MACP, pension of last rank vis a vis rank held for 10 months? None of these issues were in the public domain and neither would have they emerged in the discussions.

No one knew what the govt would give us till the tables were published.

2.  I was present at JM more number of times between 14 June and 5 Sep 15 than any one located 300 km away from Delhi. At no stage any "breaking news" came of what the govt is agreeing or not agreeing.

Only on 5 Sep when you came after meeting RM, and I was there, that you made the announcement that the "Govt has accepted our demand for OROP" and the equalisation was being given every five years.

No mention was made of any issues that are being raised now as part of anomalies because none were known.

After your announcement it was *distribution of sweets and bhangra*.

Till  5 sep no one knew any thing about the govts decision of five year equalisation except you and Lt Gen Balbir Yadav.

This was the only issue which delayed the award.

All other things which we term as anomalies only emerged after the tables were out.

Tell us what was the whole package not known to us for which you say alternate year equalisation was negotiable. 

Three months delay, Apr to Jul is a very insignificant demand considering what all is being raised by us now for consideration by Justice REDDY and you annouced no one should meet REDDY
Why?

3.  When did the govt reject the package. Please first show us the package made before 5 sep.

I reiterate, our demand was OROP, govt gave out it's award after 5 Sep.

You were not even allowed to meet RM between 5 sep and 7 Nov when the govt declared the notification.

What negotiations are you talking about.

All negotiations ended on 5 Sep.

After that continuing with JM was *part of your business plan*.

In fact the corridors of power were closed to you.

4. Let the esm fraternity know honestly how warm was the Judicial Committee to you.

You should appreciate what the MoD and PMO would be thinking of regarding your participation in the removal of anomalies.

5. Forget every thing else. You are talking of blasting me at JM.

Tell the esm what were you doing in Punjab in the past six months.

Working for a special OROP package for Punjab?

Tell esm which all political leaders have you met and what transpired between you and them?

Tell esm you were hiding at Capt  C S SIDHU'S farm house just outside Chandigarh to evade arrest.

Tell esm what help you sought from Capt Amarinder for your bail.

What can Capt do for OROP in Punjab.

Or ur political ambition. Your pictures were leaked out by capt sidhu and fired you too for meeting Capt Amrinder.

6.  Finally GEN Satbir tell esm your negotiations regarding Punjab elections.

You think these will remain secret.

You may have kept the lid on JM funds, it won't be the same here.

BSP candidates  and congress rebels in 2012 election are well known.

Now you will make 60 more gadars and you talk of being a SIKH with interest of Punjab uppermost

. You know all your dealings will come tumbling out.

Electorate and politicians don't consider IC number, not that I consider it when confronting such seniors.

We know you have finished your role as far as the deal for Punjab elections go.

You have not realised the repercussion of the deal.

Your actions in controlling money for benefit of the gang of five,  if I may say so was not in keeping with expectations of your rank which is higher.

We are political adversaries now and making Punjab ESM to loose their respectabilty with your greed.

The gloves are out.

Brig Indermohan,

I would request you to get in touch with Gen Balbir of IESL.

He was with me when the Govt called us for telling us what they wanted to give us in OROP Implimentation.

Our Contention was and is that the Govt MUST IMPLEMENT OROP AS PER THE APPROVED DEFINITION GIVEN IN GOVT EXECUTIVE ORDERS DATED 26 FEB 2014.

The Govt,specially the Bureucracy didnot want to impliment Actual OROP.They started throwing various options at us.We stuck to our Guns and has been asking for the implementation of Actual OROP.

Brig Indermohan,if ever you are in your decent state of mind,please come to JM and i will clear all your NEGATIVES and will clear all your queries.

I wish you were in proper frame of mind of an offr and a gentleman.

You have been wrongly,falsely and untruthfully spitting venom on JM Team specially me.

Gen Satbir Sir,

I was with GEN Balbir YADAV two to three times a week during the period Jun to sep.

He met RM and PMO only with you.

You at many times met the RM with Gandhi and your other colleagues without even informing GEN YADAV.

All done to corner glory.

If you can answer this one query I will be grateful.

In the last stages when both of you met the RM, the RM insisted on five years and you came down from every year to alternate year.

Since RM was not willing to budge GEN YADAV suggested to RM to make it three times in ten years.

The RM almost came down to agreeing to two equalisations.

You tapped GEN yadavs shoulder and said " BALBIR TEREKO NAHI PATA HAI".  That was the end of negotiations. Veterans would have possibly got two equalisations and been in a better position as on date.

Why do you keep insisting on me coming to JM.

You held a dozen rallies in this year in Punjab.

Why could you not call me.

Leave aside me as you know we are opposed to you,  you even didn't respect the offer of unity by GEN DHALIWAL and others.

You know why? Unity has never been on your radar.

You have confidants who can work on your personal agenda and money is one of that agenda.

Anyone else would expose you.

You made CS Sidhu incharge of Punjab elections.

Then you tell Brig Sandhu to get in touch with Maj AMARDEEP to seek an appointment with HH.

Then you meet Capt Amarinder without even informing Sidhu. Why?

Because SANDHU is your adviser now.

First Kejriwal and his cohorts from UP and Bihar are out to ruin Punjab and now both of you are trying the same through esm.

Your 7 Aug meeting and press release had exposed your design.

You will influence results in 60 seats.

The rate as we know is only 1 which is fifty percent offered to influencers in 2012.

Unless the other 1 is not to be disclosed.

*You have turned out to be the biggest enemy of Punjab*.

Don't worry, put up your candidates, I will expose all of them.

They won't get votes of any esm.

Not even well wishers of esm.

May be only their family votes.

Would you like to make public your meeting  with Capt Amarinder.

I am aware of all the details. We are trusted esm of HH and don't bargain with him. Why? *Our interest is Punjab*.
